June at Perfect Poses

Its hard to believe that this was my last full month working here. Although I am not moving to NY until the end of July, I will only be booking sessions for the next two weeks so take advantage because this is really your last chance!
I really had a great time this month- I met lots of new kids and also had a few old friends come for portraits. All of them opted for outdoor portraits and you can see why! The beautiful outdoors just can't compare to the studio this time of year. Have a safe and happy summer!



This is my third time taking portraits of this delicious little boy, but this time he came without his older brothers so that he can take special upsherin pictures. He came out so handsome k"h!

 

These two sisters were all dressed up for a chasunah, so they took advantage and had their portraits taken right before they left. Aren't they precious k"h?

 

 These three adorable boys were the lucky winners of a chinese auction prize that I donated to a tzedakah auction. They were a real energetic bunch but they had lots of patience and behaved very nicely so that we can get some gorgeous shots.

May at Perfect Poses

 May is always a fun month, with all of the Upsherin boys who come for portraits before Lag Baomer. We had a full schedule with lots of little 3 year old boys and their families. Mazel Tov to all of them!

I also have some exciting news to share: Perfect Poses is moving to Far Rockaway, NY! I will still be doing sessions until mid- July so hurry and book an appointment before its too late! Anyone who has gift certificates should please make an appointment and anyone who did not yet order their portraits should please do so. And of course, tell all of your family in NY that Perfect Poses is coming to town!

 I finally got outdoor portraits of my daughter. She had a blast!

 This boy was in our studio two years ago for his brothers upsherin. He got so big that I barely recognized him! He really behaved nicely and had a great time!

 

 ...And another upsherin boy! He looks adorable in that tallis!

March and April at Perfect Poses

We're back into routine now that Pesach and Bain Hazemanim are over. This is my favorite time of year and of course its a gorgeous time for outdoor portraits! We went to some stunning scenic spots for portraits while I was in New York. It was beautiful weather and we had a great time!

Some of these portraits are from way back in the beginning of March...They were supposed to get posted before Pesach but it got way too busy and hectic for blogging. The photos of my baby are so old that she doesnt even look like that anymore!

Now its busy season again with Lag Baomer fast approaching. Book now for beautiful upsherin/chalakah portraits! Enjoy the samples of these past months portraits!

This little guy is a family friend and he's the same age as my baby. He cooperated so well and we got really nice shots of him.

 

I had a great time with this family and they had lots of patience for so many pictures. They came in honor of Yehoshua's Upsherin and he came out amazing k"h. Mazel Tov to the whole family!

 

 

These kids came on a beautiful day for a family portrait. I've already taken portraits of half the family (an upsherin boy and the baby) a few months ago and now I got to meet the rest of them. We had a wonderful time together and they came out great!

 

My daughter is becoming a pro at posing and smiling for pictures! Next time IY"H we'll take outdoor portraits...

These are my yearly Pesach time customers- this is the fourth time that I took portraits of them and they are all getting so big! This time we went to the beach for a gorgeous backdrop.  The only problem was that it was freezing cold! We still managed to get a few nice shots before running back to the car to warm up!
